OK, I actually can reproduce this now, but only in Neon, not on my Manjaro
system with the same versions. Weird.
Basically, when using the double-click setting, after all windows are
minimized, if I double-click on a folder view item on the desktop, the first
click selects it, but the second click does nothing. If I de-minimize even one
window, everything works again.
Very odd indeed.
