Hello,
this is not a problem of Falkon but the feature of Kvantum.
Arch package "kvantum-qt5" also contains utility "kvantummanager".
With this utility you can tweak how Kvantum looks.
Open "kvantummanager", go to "Configure Active theme" > "Miscellaneous" and
select "Left aligned tabs"
If you have other problems with Kvantum style and Falkon I believe it is
feature of Kvantum.
