everytime one of the two monitors goes to sleep plasma crashes.. kwin is still
working so i'm able to continue with my work but plasma is not respawning and
i'm not able to restart it..
no error message whatsoever.
if this is resolved in upstream (as mentioned in the description) i really
hope they will somehow backport the bugfix otherwise kubuntu 16.04 will not
support displayport monitors at all.. this is an absolut no-go
