I have found a momentary workaround, you can try
first
QMimeDatabase mimeDatabase;
QFileInfo fileInfo ( fileName );
QMimeType mimeType = mimeDatabase.mimeTypeForFile( fileInfo );
and then
it->setIcon ( 0, QIcon::fromTheme( mimeType.iconName() ) );
show the good icon.
