SUMMARY
The sound badge hides the notification badge when you have more than 10
notifications.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an application that can play sounds (like chromium)
2. Add some notifications for that application
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Both notifications are displayed on top of each other.
