STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Goto System Settings -> Regional Settings -> Language
2. Tap on "Add languages..."
3. Select anything not English and tap "Add"
OBSERVED RESULT
"System Settings closed unexpectedly" notification
EXPECTED RESULT
New language in the list...
