SUMMARY
Digikam window offset on high resolution display. When Digikam starts the
window is offset, so the top left corner is at the centre of my screen and some
of the screen if off the display (see 2019-01-18.png)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install digikam on a windows PC with 1920x1080 display.
2. Start Digikam
