SUMMARY
Geolocation-Editor does not work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a picture
2. Open Geolocation-Editor with <Ctrl>-<Shift>-G
3. Draw your picture to any place
OBSERVED RESULT
No success. Instead of coordinates you get a kind of prohibited-sign
