Maximized window dragged, unable to resize and when click on maximized button,
it reduce.
SUMMARY
When dragging maximized window, the maximized window stay maximized on another
position.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app
2. Maximize window
3. Take title bar and drag
(OPTIONNAL) 4. Tap on Maximize button
OBSERVED RESULT
The maximized window moved, but it is maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Maximized window reduce it before being dragged.
