SUMMARY

Discover ignores the "Active screen follows mouse" option, and opens on the
wrong display in multi monitor setups

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure a second display is connected
2. Go to System settings > Window management > Window behavior
3. Enable "Active screen follows mouse"
4. Run Discover
5. Move its window to the second / secondary display
6. Close Discover
7. Move the mouse cursor to your first / primary display
8. Run Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover opens on the secondary display, since it remembers the display on
which it was last opened

EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should follow the "Active screen follows mouse", thus it should open
on the display which hosts the mouse cursor
