SUMMARY
Artifact while moving a transparent window with the wobbly effect
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Kwin's wobbly effect
2. open Konsole > Edit current profile > Appearance > Edit > change the
background transparency to e.g. 35%
3. Move the Konsole window
OBSERVED RESULT
A horizontal line appears between the titlebar and the main window

EXPECTED RESULT
That line should not appear.
