It seems that this is a poppler bug. Evince and qpdfview show the same
rendering as Okular (poppler 0.52).
It may happened that this bug is fixed in the recent versions of poppler. Can
you try poppler 0.72 and if it cannot render the document report the bug on the
poppler bug tracker?
