STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external display.
2. Open KScreen.
3. Disconnect external display.
4. Connect external display.
5. Look at KScreen displays placement.
OBSERVED RESULT
Displays are located side-by-side, before disconnect they were located one on
top of other. Clicking on display in KScreen window rearranges display into
previous correct position
EXPECTED RESULT
Refresh of displays in KScreen window after connection/disconnection of
external display
