Hi,
I'd update Krita first (https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/).
Then I'd check whether your tablet’s driver is correctly installed or whether
switching to the Windows 8 Pointer API makes a difference: menu "Settings ‣
Configure Krita ‣ Tablet".
