Another inconsistency is that CTRL+Q currently behaves differently with private
windows. If you press CTRL+Q with a normal window focused while one or more
private windows are open, all the normal windows are closed, but any private
windows stay open. If you invoke it from a private window, only that window is
closed, while any other windows, private or non-private, stay open. With
Firefox at least, CTRL+Q always closes all windows. 

This may be related to other inconsistencies with how private windows work,
such as how the New Window command behaves
