SUMMARY
We use DUO two-factor authentication through openconnect at my workspace. After
connecting to the VPN host and clicking "connect" (the globe icon), I need to
provide 2 different passwords. The first is the regular user password, the
second is a one-time password by DUO.
However, I only see 1 password field initially. In version 5.14.3, I was able
to see 2 fields just fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to VPN Host
2. Attempt to input 2 passwords

See only 1 password field
EXPECTED RESULT
See 2 password fields
WORKAROUND
If I try to switch the "GROUP" field to a different entry and then switch back,
the dialog shows the proper 2 entry version.
