Please discuss design decisions with the VDG instead of in a bug tracker.
Having the "Defaults" button inside the item list looks just wrong.
Please check if this works for you:
systemsettings > Application/Widget Style > Configure Breeze > Frames tab >
Draw Frame around page titles
Removing the frame causes the colors to match. If you want different colors,
they need to be separated by a line for consistency with all other elements.
