My DB file (.local/share/baloo/index) was 2Gb on the moment the problem occurs.

What's strange, `balooctl indexSize` showed me about 86 MiB index size (while
in actual size in FS around 2 GiB)
I solved the problem by reenabling and start indexing. New DB was created and
after time the size become this:
