The XML DTD search still appears to only search for a single version (in
kdoctools/cmake/FindDocBookXML4.cmake), but it now looks for the current
version 4.5. So it is not an issue at the moment, although if a new version of
DocBook XML is released and distros stop packinging 4.5 then the same problem
will arise.
Marking as RESOLVED but INTENTIONAL for the record.
