SUMMARY
Kate does not change the color scheme, either through the Settings menu or
Configure window
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Try to change the color theme
OBSERVED RESULT
The color theme does not change, instead sticking to the default theme
EXPECTED RESULT
The color theme changes to the desired option
SOFTWARE VERSIONS
