SUMMARY
After upgrading to Plasma 5.14.1 from Plasma 5.13.5, I can no longer reorder
tasks in the task manager (icon-only task manager) by dragging icons around. I
get the red "cannot drag'n'drop here" sign instead of the usual cursor.
I've been able to narrow the regression down to commit
c801276a593c3787fa07fc6640028bcc32dfffd0. When I revert the change in
FolderTools.js, I get the old, expected behavior back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try dragging a task icon and drop it elsewhere in the task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot use drag'n'drop to reorder.
EXPECTED RESULT
The task is reordered.
