SUMMARY
Apparently the problem occurs randomly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I started plasma session
2. I opened discover by clicking "view updates" button in updates notifier
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
both "check for updates" and "update all" buttons are disabled. See the
screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
both "check for updates" and "update all" should be enabled.
