Steps to disable data transfer tracking in task manager and notifications
applet:
Right click on notifications applet in the system tray -> Notifications
Settings -> uncheck "Track file transfers and other jobs", click "ok" button.
Right click the task manager in the plasma panel, select "configure task
manager...", uncheck "Show progress and status information in task buttons",
click "ok" button and restart plasma session.
Steps to reproduce:
open dolphin
copy some file to another folder
repeat previous step
OBSERVED RESULT
"Copying" window appears and remains visible until I click some button in "File
already exists" dialog. See the screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Copying" window only should appear after dolphin start the file operation.
