SUMMARY
The desktop start to flash from dark black to visible really fast when a new
window opens or a windows at time is resized after coming out of suspend mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend system to ram and then wake
2. Open a new window.
3. Desktop stars to go crazy between black and visible.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop should not flash between black and visible!
