STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click plasma-pa applet in the system tray
2. click "Configure audio volume..."
3. click "Audio volume" section
OBSERVED RESULT
"Audio volume" section is empty, see the screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Audio volume" settings are available
