When attempting to rip a DVD, a message appears with "K3b uses transcode to rip
Video DVDs. Please make sure it it installed."
The Debian Stretch repo does not contain any such software.
This appears to be the last known official site of the software:
http://www.transcoding.org/
However, it seems to have been taken over by another, and not the original site
for the project as can been seen from Archive.org
