STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a file
2. Add more than 20 rows
3. Save file
4. Close file
5. Open the file again
OBSERVED RESULT
The rows above #20 are missing.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file should contain all the rows that were entered
