Have a protractor icon on the ruler that engages/disengages protractor mode. 2. display 3 dots/crosshairs on the screen, that can be placed there by mouse-clicks (and maybe moved by dragging) 3. ideally, show the lines between A-B and B-C to make angle ABC really obvious.
