Klipper provides various actions to be performed on the clipboard content. It
would be nice if KDE Connect provided some configuration for Klipper so that we
can copy a link and share it via KDE Connect.
It is possible to configure Klipper to call `kdeconnect-handler "%s"` when
klipboard contains something that looks like URL. It would be nice to have such
a configuration out of the box.
