Thanks for caring about Okular. However, I will have to close this report,
because reports that contain more than a single issue a very inconvenient to
handle. Please report each issue in a separate bug tracker entry instead.
Before you do that please have a look whether (some of) your problems are
already known. For example, I remember noticing 3) myself a while ago, and *I
think* I opened an issue for it.
