Sometimes, two icons for open windows show up with the background highlight
signifying "focused". It comes with the additional problem that such a
highlight overrides the "needs attention" highlight, meaning that user no only
is misled about active window, but also not informed about events.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click an icon to focus on some window
2. Click on another one
Actual Results:
~1/20 old icon doesn't drop highlight
Expected Results:
Old icon always drops highlight.
I only noticed it because of the missing attention highlight. The only
application that regularly asks for my attention is run over ssh -Y.
