Latte plasmoid publishes geometries and plasma taskmanagers at the same time so showing/minimizing animations dont have any priority for which taskmanager to work with... In general taskmanagers are designed in a way to be only one present for each screen... So the solution to your problem must be different... What do you need the Latte plasmoid on the left?
