When I close my laptop lid and open it, the Super/ Meta key is not starting the
Application Launcher anymore (Alt+F1 still works).
I have disabled any Energy Saving options, so when I close the lid my laptop
keeps running.
Also it seems the bug only occurs while opening the lid. When the lid is closed
I still can use the Super key (I tested it with an external keyboard and
monitor).
I tried to fix it with a restart of the plasmashell and also with a Logout and
Login with no success.
Also I tried to change the keybind in
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc just to Meta but also no
success.
The only way to bring back the functionality is to restart the computer or
change the runlevel to multi-user.target and then back again to
graphical.target.
I am running KDE neon 5.13 (KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5 and KDE Frameworks
Version 5.50.0) on a HP ZBook Bang & Olufsen. Its a clean install and the
problem already occured after the installation.
