I deleted everything in APPDATA (Win+R) and it worked.
Btw this happened after I updated from 17.12, then to 18.04, then it 18.08.
Jean Baptiste Mardelle please can you take a look into this and make sure it
doesn't happen? I didn't know that you could log to file back then
