Left side is Kmail a partial folder tree, right side is thunderbirs showing the
same (but complete) folders.
When listing folders in an IMAP folder folders with "[" and "]" (I use those to
mark the name of folders that hold mailing lists, with names such as
"[android]") the folder list is truncated and the folder with those chars and
it's descendants are not shown (or sometimes they are shown but without name).
