--- Comment #41 from Pablo <kais...@gmail.com> --- Still same thing, did a fresh install of ubuntu 18 then installed kubuntu-desktop and this bug still is present, here I am trying to set "Activate Application Launcher Widget" under menu-item "Plasma" to "None" as phpstorm uses the shortcut but after each reboot the key is reset.
