Running KDE Plasma 5.13.4 on openSUSE Tumbleweed on low powered netbook yields
slow response when unlocking the machine. Pressing the keyboard moving the
mouse / touchpad there is a 10 + second delay before the password input field
and associated widgets appear. If I type in the password immediately, hit enter
and wait, the computer will unlock.
