If you are using the Nvidia binary driver and the first app that you are
installing is based on the KDE runtime and needs OpenGL, that app will refuse
to start (and even without any user feedback when not run from the command
line!), because the userspace part of the Nvidia driver doesn't get installed
automatically by flatpak.
So yes, porting to FlatpakTransaction should be a top priority.
