I just want second on this issue. Please don't dim in the Present Windows
effect.
It's really bad usability as it makes it hard to recognize a Window. I usually
have to highlight one window after another to find the one I'm looking for. By
scaling down you loose information anyway, and with dimming you loose even
more. To an extend that it's impossible to distinguish them. This is even worse
with already dark windows, like using dark color schemes or terminal windows.
I'd also be against making this an option (at least not in the UI). Just pick a
sane default behavior. KDE already has way to many options.
