I personally feel the tooltip timeout is too short. As an example, when viewing
the tooltip for Pager to see an overview of open windows across workspaces, I
don't have enough time to read it. Also, it doesn't seem possible to control
the timeout.
An option for users to control the timeout length seems to be the sort of
feature you would expect to see on KDE.
