Bug ID: 397200 Summary: Crash when kstars window is not in front when starting Product: kstars Version: 2.9.7 Platform: Compiled Sources OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: mutla...@ikarustech.com Reporter: eric.dejouha...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Issue is difficult to reproduce, and I don't immediately see the relation with the z-order of the kstars window. But I can reproduce the issue using the following scenario: 1. Start kstars, let the splash screen appear 2. While splash screen is there, alt-tab to another window 3. When objects are being loaded, kstars crash with the following backtrace: Thread 9 "Thread (pooled)" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
