Window decoration vs plasma widget
I can confirm this, it happens to all window docorations (including breeze) and
kvantum context menus and tooltips. All that have some form of rounded corners,
which are not few.
It's like kwin draw the blur in a rectangle and don't consider the window
corner geometry.
Only plasma panel elements are not affected.
