This is unlikely to be a bug in Krita, but a problem where windows damaged the
tablet driver, maybe through a windows update.
If there is no pressure, your tablet's driver cannot be loaded. Try to
reinstall the tablet drivers or reset the tablet driver's configuration, or
install an older or a newer version of the driver.
We cannot fix this issue since it isn't an issue in krita's code.
