Bug ID: 395747 Summary: The mute mic button in plasmoid does not indicate current system state Product: plasma-mycroft Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Plasmoid Assignee: ai...@outlook.com Reporter: cliv...@protonmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 113509 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=113509&action=edit Image showing the system mic status and button in Mycroft I often mute the mic in the system Audio settings while I don't intend to use Mycroft. However, I forget I have done this and when I start Mycroft via the plasmoid it doesn't work despite toggling the mic button. I have to go into the system settings and un-mute the mic there before Mycroft can hear me. To be a useful feature the mic button in the plasmoid should mirror the system state and toggling the button should then switch the mic on/off without having to check the system settings. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
