That is expected behavior. When you select multiple shapes, "Scale Styles"
automatically activates. It happens because with multiple selection the shapes
are *not* resized, instead an external transform is applied.
We might make a separate wish request to allow "resizing" with multiple
selection, but there are a lot of tricky questions about how to resize shapes
that cannot be resized in the desired direction (e.g. how to horizontally
resize a rotated rectangle?)
