            Bug ID: 395502
Summary: Inform users more clearly how to handle widgets on the
                    desktop
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.13.0
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
          Reporter: yst...@posteo.net
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

Wish: After adding their first desktop widget, Plasma should inform the user
that they can activate configurations (resize, move, options…) by long-pressing
the widget.

Problem: For months I used the hamburger menu to resize the widgets on my
desktop. I just found out – through an info pop-up when I chose Hamburger →
Unlock widgets – that I could long-press a widget to activate the resize and
move options. Essentially, I did something a bit cumbersome until Plasma
informed me of a better way.
