csv export
Exporting an investment account from the appended kmymoney test file (test.xml)
to a csv file (see appended test.csv) generates a file where the content column
does not match the related header column.
How to reproduce:
1. open appended test.csv with with libreoffice
What happens ?
Line 7-8, 10 and 12 does not match the header. Also the number of columns in
each content line is one higher than the number of columns in the header line.
What is expected ?
The columns of the content line should match the related header column
