More info:
Brush actually changes its size correctly. Problem is with brush Outline that
is not actualized to new size. Outline is updated only if TopBar Size slider is
used. Any hotkey or Quick Settings Docker wont work.
I will be very thankful for the kind soul that will kill this bug :D
