hello, 

it would be helpful if we could right click in the clip properties window, too,
in order to get to the "add effect to clip" context menu...

that "window" (or window section / box) is already dedicated to the selected
clip anyway...

so, why not? 

if you can delete effects there, in this "properties" box, why not be able to
even add them?
