When a saved project is opened that has proxies enabled, the yellow "P" shows
on the clips in the project bin, but what is displayed in the Clip monitor and
Project monitor is the original footage.
If you then right-click on the clip, disable proxy and re-enable it, the proxy
is shown in the Clip monitor.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a project that has proxies enabled & created with 4K footage.
2. Try to seek through a clip on the clip monitor
3. Disable proxy for that clip
4. re-enable proxy for that clip
5. Seek through it again in the clip monitor
Actual Results:
Proxy clips are not loaded on initial load of a saved project
Expected Results:
Enabled proxies to be used at all times
